We want you to love your D.LOUISE pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original D.LOUISE pouches and gift boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
